I agree the form is very nice, although if you can I think it would look better if the bottom of the textarea was in-line with the bottom of the last input.
The rest of the site looks great, plenty of spacing, nice use of icons.
Might look better if the "Zeki Ghulam" box also has rounded corners like the other boxes.
